PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lactic acid-based resin composition having heat resistance and flame retardancy. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant lactic acid-based resin composition is obtained by compounding a lactic acid-based resin(A) with a phosphonitrile acid phenyl ester(C), wherein the proportion of the component C is 5-20 mass% based on the whole resin composition.
