<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energized winder and a neck strap apparatus incorporated with the energized winder, which is operated by one hand/one knob operation and free of trouble and allows smooth vertical sliding/stopping operation as well as delicate positioning/adjusting operation. <P>SOLUTION: The energized winder 3 is composed of a main body 17 including a housing 11, a shaft (not shown) fixed at the center of a front plate 9 and a rear plate 10, a spring (not shown) with an inside end fixed on the shaft, a reel (not shown) rotatably energized by a spring, whose outer end is fixed therein in a manner incorporating the spring, a winding strings 13, 14 taken up on the reel from both sides, and guide rollers 15, 16 installed freely rotatably on both sides of the housing 11 and designed to guide the winding string 13. The winder is also composed of a winding string guiding section 20 which has guide rollers 18, 19 for guiding the winding strings 13, 14, and a locking body 21 which is installed above the winding string guiding section 20, threaded with the winding strings 13, 14, and locking and unlocking the movement thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
