PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the measurement of blood pressures with higher repetition precision by enabling the apparatus to be applied on or removed from the antilobium when a pulse wave signal is detected from changes in light passing through the antilobium or the light reflected on it.

SOLUTION: The second member 52 making up a holding member 3 adapted to hold an inner cuff 6 to be inserted into an external auditory meatus and an outer cuff 7 positioned outside the antilobium facing each other is provided with a grip part 52a.
