<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide IL22 binding agents such as antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that specifically bind to interleukin 22 (IL-22), in particular, human IL-22, with high affinity and high specificity. <P>SOLUTION: Antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that bind to interleukin 22 (IL-22), in particular, human IL-22, and their uses in regulating immune response associated with IL-22 are disclosed. The antibodies disclosed herein are useful for diagnosing, preventing, and/or treating immune disorders associated with IL-22, e.g., autoimmune disorders (e.g., arthritis).
