PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use engine-driven synchronous generator that can suppress the actuation of a breaker function by a temporary overcurrent as much as possible, while avoiding the actuation delay of the breaker function at the time of an overload as much as possible.
SOLUTION: A revolution number determination portion 45 makes affirmative determination when the number of revolutions of an engine is a predetermined revolution value or larger. A current determination portion 42 makes affirmative determination when a supplied current to a field winding 3 is a predetermined current value or larger. A voltage drop determination portion 46 determines whether or not an output voltage of the generator is dropping to a predetermined voltage value or lower when the affirmative determinations are inputted from both of the determination portions 42, 45. When an output voltage of the generator is determined to be dropping to the predetermined voltage value or lower, it is determined that an overload is generated. Then, a power generation output stop command that stops a field current is outputted. A current supplied to a field winding is determined based on the duty of a control element.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
|
