PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device allowing an operation knob and an operation button to be arranged in a further close relationship while preventing intrusion of water into a circuit board arranged inside a front panel. SOLUTION: A plurality of push buttons 34 are continuously arranged along the circumferential direction of an operation member 33 made of rubber where a part of a lip 80 on the outer periphery side establishes a waterproof structure between a chassis 22 and itself; a peripheral part of an insertion hole 37 at the center part of the operation member 33 is held by sandwiching it between a pair of upper and lower holding rings 71 and 75; and thereby waterproofness of the part on the center side of the operation member 33 is established. A rotary operation shaft 45 of an encoder 44 on the circuit board 40 is inserted through an O-ring 74 arranged in the upper and lower holding rings 71 and 75; and an operation knob 66 is attached to a part on its tip side and on the outside thereof.
