PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit built-in integrated circuit preventing generation of noises and erroneous operations when the audio apparatus and the electronic apparatus are stopped or restored for protecting one or a plurality of voltage regulators against overheat an audio apparatus, and an electronic apparatus thereof. SOLUTION: The one or the plurality of voltage regulators 41 for each adjusting an input voltage to a predetermined output voltage, an overheat detection circuit 42 which outputs an overheat detection signal for stopping the voltage regulators 41 when temperature near the voltage regulators 41 exceeds a first overheat detection temperature and for operating the voltage regulators 41 when the temperature becomes lower than the first overheat detection temperature or second overheat detection temperature lower than the first overheat detection temperature, and a monitoring signal producing circuit 43 for monitoring the overheat detection signal, are integrally disposed on a board, and the monitoring signal is connected to an external output terminal TSD.
