PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a violin bow which is easily manufactured, using a simple tool by general public. SOLUTION: Pipes 26 and 27 of different diameters are fastened to each other, and a grip section 25a of a predetermined length is formed with the pipe 26 at a larger diameter side, and a beam section 25b of a predetermined length is formed, with the pipe 27 on the smaller diameter side. A first fastener 28 is provided in the grip section 25b so as to be moved in the forward and backward directions, and a second fastener 33 is integrally provided at a front edge of the beam section 25b, and both the ends of a bowstring 35 are respectively fastened to each of the first and the second fasteners 28 and 33. A fastening amount of the pipe 26 at the larger diameter side and the pipe 27 at the smaller diameter side is adjusted, and the position of the center of gravity of the bow 25 is set at a predetermined position.
