PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive thermoplastic elastomer composition that exhibits both elasticity and flexibility like a rubber and good moldability and recyclability like a resin and has an electrically semiconductive resistance value with excellent dispersibility of contained components, and therefore exhibits excellent mechanical properties and finish properties. SOLUTION: The electroconductive thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises a component (A) comprising a thermoplastic resin and/or a thermoplastic elastomer, a component (B) comprising an ion-conductive electroconductive agent comprised of an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer and/or an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide-allyl glycidyl ether copolymer having a metal salt incorporated therewith, and a component (C) comprising an ethylene-acrylate ester-maleic anhydride copolymer.
