PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine compartment cooling structure of an off-road traveling four-wheel vehicle capable of protecting an engine compartment from mud or the like, and efficiently taking fresh air into the engine compartment. SOLUTION: In the engine compartment cooling structure of the off-road traveling four-wheel vehicle, a cabin 5 for storing an operation unit 17 and seats 15, 16 is provided between a pair of right and left front wheels 1 and a pair of right and left rear wheels 2, and an engine compartment 21 for covering at least a front part and an upper part of an engine 20 is provided in the cabin 5 or at a position behind the cabin 5. An air duct 32 extends forwardly from the engine compartment 21, and introduces cooling air into the engine compartment 21. Preferably, the air duct 32 extends forward of the cabin 5.
