PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position line-patterns so as to make intervals between the line-patterns optimal in forming the line-patterns on a sheet. SOLUTION: The line-pattern formation apparatus 1 is constituted of: a punch 2 having a pattern display 17 and a center referential projection 28 showing reference positions on the patterns; a positioning plate 4 having a line-pattern display 41 and reference position specifying displays 43a, 43b...to specify reference positions about the respective patterns of the line-patterns; a positioning apparatus 5 having a placing table 50 on which the sheet is placed, a fixing member 60 to fix the sheet, and an end adjusting member 70 to adjust ends of the sheet. The sheet is placed on the placing table and fixed by the fixing member, and the positioning plate is mounted on the fixing member. The line-patterns with the optimal intervals of the patterns by positioning the sheet are formed by adjusting a center referential projection 28 of the punch 3 to the reference position specifying display displayed on the positioning plate and by forming holes by the punch.
