PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen garbage disposal system capable of easily and efficiently disposing of sludge by removing water contained in precipitated garbage, floating garbage and sludge generated in the process of carrying out cleaning treatment in a sewage disposal apparatus using a dehydrator to convert the same into an easily disposable form. SOLUTION: The kitchen garbage disposal system 100 is comprised of a kitchen garbage crusher 1 for crushing kitchen garbage, a sewage disposal apparatus 3 for cleaning sewage comprising water and kitchen garbage crushed by the kitchen garbage crusher 1 transferred thereto, and a centrifugal dehydrator 9 for removing water contained in precipitated garbage S1 and floating garbage S2 each drawn out of a solid/liquid separation tank 4 in the sewage disposal apparatus 3 and sludge S3 drawn out of a precipitation tank 7.
