<p>A lever clip mechanism (100, 200) comprises a baseplate (101), two ring portions (103, 203) fixed on the baseplate (101), an arched section (105, 205) that is provided on the baseplate (101) movably and comprises another two ring portions (105a, 205a),an elastic element which is used to push the arched section (105, 205) away from the baseplate (101) by its elasticity,a protruding portion (109, 209) which protrudes from the baseplate (101),a lever mechanism (117, 217) which is provided on the protruding portion (109, 209) to contact with the arched section (105, 205) and is designed to make the arched section (105, 205) press against or move away from the baseplate (101) so as to close or open the lever clip mechanism (100, 200). The lever clip mechanism (100, 200) is closed by rotating the lever mechanism (117, 217) upwards and away from the baseplate (101), while the lever clip mechanism (100, 200) is opened by rotating the lever mechanism (117, 217) downwards and close to the baseplate (101).In the lever clip mechanism (100, 200) according to the invention,the lever mechanism (117, 217) is closer to the baseplate (101) when the lever clip mechanism (100, 200) is in its open state to allow papers easy to be added or removed.</p> |
