<p>Plasmid DNA filter tube kits are provided to minimize loss of eluting buffer caused by remaining reaction solution in a DNA-binding tube after centrifugation, so that recovery of eluting buffer is maximized and plasmid DNA yield is enhanced. A plasmid DNA filter tube kit(11) comprises a reaction dreg-removing tube(16) having a filter for removing reaction dregs by receiving the supernatant containing plasmid DNA, a plasmid DNA-binding tube having a filter for binding with the plasmid DNA in the supernatant through centrifugation, and a tube vessel for receiving the extracted plasmid DNA through centrifugation, wherein an eluting outlet is located in the eccentric center shaft under the plasmid DNA-binding tube and reaction dreg-removing tube, and is arranged at the same level as lowest position of water surface of eluting buffer in tubes(13, 16) when the filter tube kit is arranged in a centrifuge with a slope.</p> |
