<p>A manufacturing method of a carbon nanotube electrode for a capacitor is provided to increase a reaction area of ions by directly growing an anodic alumina oxide on a substrate and growing a carbon nanotube in a pore of the anodic alumina oxide. A manufacturing method of a carbon nanotube electrode for a capacitor includes the step of forming a carbon nanotube in a pore of an anodic alumina oxide grown on an aluminum substrate. The aluminum substrate contains over 90% of aluminum. The anodic alumina oxide is grown by a two-step anodization process. The two-step anodization process includes the steps of: a first anodization step of dipping the aluminum substrate in any one solution selected among sulfuric acid, chromic acid, phosphoric acid, and oxalic acid solutions to form an alumina layer; and a second anodization process of dipping the substrate in any one solution selected among the sulfuric acid, chromic acid, phosphoric acid, and oxalic acid solutions after removing the alumina layer by etching.</p> |
