摘要 The present invention relates to an auxiliary feed system for automatic feeder for birds, which consists of two devices: the first device consists of a "cylindrical/conical hopper" and a "circular plate" and the second device consists of a "tube-level food dispenser". This auxiliary system is used up to the growth period from 1 to 21 days of age, unlike current auxiliary systems involving ground feeding that are used up to 8 to 10 days. This auxiliary system consists of the "food reservoir" in its "cylindrical/conical hopper" and offers countless benefits, which will be described below: Conical section: offers the largest food storage area; prevents the birds getting inside the circular plate; allows larger birds to eat comfortably; offers a large supply of food; allows the food to flow speedily; prevents the food forming a mass. Cylindrical lower section of smaller diameter in its outer part: allows any type of food to flow speedily to the circular plate, i.e. as physical service; allows the compacted foods to flow through the toothed area via the grooves; promotes 360° distribution of the food. Lower cylindrical section of smaller diameter in its inner part, in which there are the six projections with the following functions: Conferring stiffness on it, serving as blades, being supported on the upper part of the cone of the plate. These projections are joined to the fixing and adjustment bushing in order to be fixed to the circular plate, allowing the cylindrical/conical hopper to rotate freely, with the result that the six projections break up the compacted food. The "cylindrical/conical hopper" separates easily from the circular plate, stacks easily, occupying a minimum space. It is produced from strong materials that are smooth and inert vis-à-vis the food and the birds. The "circular plate" also has advantages as compared with already existing versions: The actual feed area, w-shaped plate for greater anchoring to the ground and to prevent movements; inclined exterior walls, which prevent the birds getting inside the plate; it prevents the birds introducing earth into the plate; it separates easily from the hopper and can be stacked, occupying a minimum space. The "tube-level food dispenser" consists of three pieces: Two identical "clamps", which are coupled together, and a movable "guillotine" piece, all these being assembled together easily and placed clasping the round metal tube between automatic plates. This dispenser offers a food outlet at the level of the round metal tube, otherwise the "food reservoir" would not be suitably filled. The "guillotine" is very close to the tube level, and therefore the food is supplied at a great height and not at ground level. Control of exit and closing-off of the food takes place by movement of the guillotine from one end to the other. This dispenser is permanently in the round metal tube, including when the growth period of the birds from day 1 to day 21 is over. In accordance with the aforesaid, the present invention applies to the poultry industry that is more technical as compared with the world of auxiliary feed systems for automatic feeders for birds.
