PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a shield conductor into which a filler can be filled without making air bubbles remained in a shield pipe. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the shield conductor Wa including electric wires 10, the shield pipe 20 to surround the electric wires 10, and the filler 30 filled between the electric wires 10 and the shield pipe 20 comprises a process of arranging the electric wires 10 in the shield pipe 20, an injection pipe insertion process of inserting an insertion pipe 40 equipped with an injection port 41, and a filling process of filling the filler 30 between the electric wires 10 and the shield pipe 20 from the insertion port 41 of the injection pipe 40 in a state that the injection pipe 40 is inserted into the shield pipe 20.
