PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector drive device capable of inhibiting fluctuation of valve open response time of an injector of an internal combustion engine of a low cost structure. SOLUTION: A wave form generator 11 synchronizes with injection valve signal for making an injector INJ inject, and creates reference current signal which makes injector current wave form when low voltage is applied to the injector INJ roughly equivalent to current rise tendency. A current detection resistance R3 and an operational amplifier 15 detect current flowing to the injector INJ as detected current signal.
