PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting unit capable of easily attaching/detaching a driving recorder to a windshield and preventing erroneous detection of an acceleration sensor by unnecessary vibration. SOLUTION: The mounting unit A for mounting the driving recorder R at least provided with the acceleration sensor R22 to the windshield W or the like is provided with a vehicle body side fixed part 2 fixed to the windshield W or the like; and an equipment side mounting part fixed or integrally provided on the driving recorder R and detachably mounted to the vehicle body side fixed part 2 by slide operation. The vehicle body side fixed part 2 is provided with a flat plate part 21 having a slide guide surface 211 abutted on a guide surface 11 to be slid of the equipment side mounting part 1 and guiding slide movement; and an approximately rectangular claw part 22 in plan view having a width dimension coincident with a clearance between inner sides of the other end side 12b of opposed walls 12 of the equipment side mounting part 1, having a distal end side stored in a storage recession part 15 of the equipment side mounting part 1 and inserting a connection wall 14 of the equipment side mounting part between a flat surface part R11 and it while elastically deforming it.
