PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool capable of surely pushingly fixing cutting inserts with various-shaped upper faces to the both of the lower face and a side face of a mounting seat by a single clamp member even if a plurality of cutting inserts with different-shape upper faces are mounted in a same holder and used. SOLUTION: A tip part is provided with the mounting seat where the cutting inserts are mounted, a screwing part where the clamp member for fixing the cutting inserts is screwed, and a slope part provided around the circumference of the screwing part and getting lower as it is separated from the screwing part; and the slope part has a part gradually largely inclined downward as it is separated from the screwing part.
