PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of validly updating the value of the counter even when updating one counter by two or more control means separately. SOLUTION: An IY register which counts the initial value of a random number counter for deciding a big winning is not only regularly updated in an INT interruption processing (see Figure 8), but also constantly updated at "+1" with the remaining time of the INT interruption processing in a main processing (see Figure 5). The remaining time is the time varying according to a control state of a game, so that the ratio of the IY register is regarded as being updated certainly and imparted random property and can be used as the initial value of the updating of the random number counter. Also, the updating of the IY register is executed with two different processings of the main processing and the INT interruption processing, but the updating is executed with one instruction, so that the updating result can be used validly without being made nonsense regardless of execution timings of both processings.
