A pierced earring fastener 1 has: a pinching member 2 made of three balls 2 a, 2 a, 2 a; a holder 3 that is a rubber-like elastic member; and a ring 5 for tightening the pinching member 2 and the holder 3 . The three balls 2 a, 2 a, 2 a are disposed in a ring shape at intervals of 120 degrees in a circumferential direction, as elements that form the pinching member 2 . These balls are retained at predetermined positions by means of the holder 3 . The holder completely surrounds the circular pinching member 2 formed by the three balls 2 a. A through hole 3 a penetrating a center of both of end faces 3 c, 3 c is formed via a gap 2 b formed at the center of a ring formed by the pinching member 2 closed inside thereof.
