摘要 <p>The method involves detecting sensor information from two different sensor signal flows of two sensors from a set of sensors (1.1 to 1.z) and generating object hypotheses in the flows. The hypotheses are evaluated by a classifier, and a measuring range (R1, R2) of a measuring area (R) is determined based on the hypotheses. An object (O), object part and/or surrounding partial area are identified, where the flow of the sensors are commonly analyzed in the ranges and processed in an unadjusted manner. An independent claim is also included for a device for the representation of a vehicle surrounding, in particular a vehicle environment lying ahead of the vehicle.</p>
