PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus wherein a cover member can be fitted to an outer package member after the end of final inspection in the manufacturing process, and the cover member does not easily fall off after the fitting. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes the cover member formed with at least two leadouts 5a, 5a' at the tips of which engagements 5b, 5b' are formed, and the outer package member formed with insertion holes to which the leadouts are inserted, and formed with notches whose width is narrower than the width of the engagements nearly in the middle of the insertion holes.
