PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-time rotary display device which is inexpensive and continuously rotates for about one year with one battery since a conventional rotary display device has large power consumption and it is difficult to align the center of gravity of a display rotary part with a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: The long-time rotary display device which is inexpensive and rotates for about one year with one battery is constituted by using an omnidirectional balancing type rotary disk as a rotary disk of the display rotary part provided with a magnet 3 atop of a driving shaft 2 and with a magnet 9 at an inner periphery of a rotary disk 7, placing a display object 10 to be rotated nearby the center on the rotary disk, spreading large and small gravel-like solids in unspecified shapes over nearby an outer circumference, and suitably moving the solids while checking the balance of the whole rotary part to easily and accurately determining the balance of the rotary part.
