PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-skid control device capable of eliminating shortage in the braking force for the rear wheels in the case the rear-wheel anti-skid control is not required, for example when the rear wheels are going to get over a projection or recess on/in the road surface. SOLUTION: The anti-skid control device is equipped with a liquid pressure control valve capable of decompressing or boosting the liquid pressure of each wheel cylinder, a reservoir to reserve a braking liquid exhausted from the wheel cylinder at decompressing, a pump to return the braking liquid reserved in the reservoir to the master cylinder, and an anti-skid controlling means to decompress the liquid pressure of the wheel cylinder for avoiding locking of the wheels, wherein the anti-skid controlling means reduces the suppression of the boosting amount of the wheel cylinder pressure for the rear wheels, or reduces the decompression amount, when decompressing the wheel cylinder pressure for the rear wheels is judged as unnecessary.
