PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, by partial control of the flow rate of a molten resin that flows in a cavity, the molten resin from leaking out to the surface side of a skin. SOLUTION: There is molded a skin-provided resin molded article 1 which consists of a resin base material 3 composing the molded article body and a resin skin 5 composing the surface layer of the molded article and in which the base material 3 consists of a flat part and a side part. So as for the first molten resin 15, which is injected from the gate corresponding to the flat part of the molding die (the mark 11 is given to the position corresponding to the gate) and reaches to the cavity corresponding to the side part far from the gate, to reach a step faster to the juncture than the second molten resin 17 which runs via the cavity corresponding to the side part near the gate, there are formed in the molding die a plurality of convex line parts to give resistance to the flow of the second molten resin 17. By these convex line parts there are formed a plurality of concave line parts 7 in the rear surface of the side part so as to extend to the edge of the side part with a spacing of the circumferential direction in between.
