PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the inconvenience that exercise tools sufficiently suitable for autonomous training, and body care do not exist in the neighborhood, and exercise modes at all places and times and in various kinds of poses cannot be carried out in a free condition causing respectively fixed and not flexible poses and fine tuning of loads of equipment and tools and stimulation are not clear and a tendency of simplifying is maintained. SOLUTION: Penetrating elastic mass shapes with cross sections of circle, oval, square, etc. are united to form a ring shape, a band shape, and a ring-band united shape. The exercise tool has various shapes of projection structures set on the surface of a part of the entire elastic solid structure body. A construction of the projection part and the main elastic body part usable as a united article or a single article with constitution in which total elastic strength of moderate diameter, thickness, width, and length and size of the ring shape can be fixed or varied, is provided. Constitution of development, extension/contraction of the overall elastic shape body, contraction movement and stimulation movement from all the circumference of the projection shape body are effectively blended together to solve the inconvenience issue.
