PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bath accident (or a heat shock) such as a myocardial infarction or a cerebral apoplexy due to having a first bath, at a relatively low cost without having to open a bath cover beforehand, by making the curves of temperature differences among a changing room, a bathroom and a bath tab as gentle as possible. SOLUTION: A bath cover body 1 is equipped with an electronic timer 3 and a powered openable shutter 2. This shutter 2 is opened for 15-20 minutes at a designated time to release the heated air from the inside of the bath, so that the bathroom inside can be warmed up several degrees without opening the cover in advance by any person. The cover is automatically closed so that its intrinsic effects to keep the temperature and to prevent the humidity leakage can be continued. Moreover, the cover is not opened/closed in its entirety but made into a lattice shape. As a result, it is possible to prevent the bath water accident of a falling infant and to expect an effect of a planned bathing "to have a bath because the bathroom is warm at 8 o'clock" and a business effect as a step-up to a more expensive bathroom warming device.
