The device has a magnetic body (1) and an arrangement (2) with magnetized areas surrounding the body, where position-dependent magnetization in the magnetized areas rotates along a path around the body monotonous around middle magnetization of the body. The magnetic body is a permanent magnet in form of a half cylinder with a magnetic south pole (1a) and a magnetic north pole (1b). The middle magnetization of the body is aligned against the magnetic field caused on a flat surface of the body. A coil is arranged on the flat surface of the body and/or the arrangement.
