<p>The electrical power source (1) for electrical welding unit or a plasma welding- or a cutting unit, has a net cable (4) for the connection to a power supply system. The power source is applicable on an installation site and is arranged in a portable cable drum, which is pivot-mounted in a supporting frame (3). The supporting frame is formed in the type of trolleys and has a handle bar and two wheels. The power source is statically arranged relative to the cable drum. The cable drum has a hub formed as cooling air channel for the power source.
