<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion assisting device which has excellent maneuverability and is used easily, and also to provide a control method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The motion assisting device 100 is used for assisting motion of a user 200. The motion assisting device comprises light sources for illuminating the eyeball of the user 200, a visual axis measuring device 10 having a photodetector for detecting light from the light sources reflected by the eyeballs, and a motion assisting mechanism 30 for assisting the motion of the user 200 on the basis of the measurement result of the visual axis measuring device 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
