<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell wherein an electrolyte can be thinned, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This solid oxide fuel cell 1 is equipped with a substrate 5, a fuel electrode 2 formed in a thin film shape on one side of the substrate 5, a thin film-shaped electrolyte 4 formed on the fuel electrode 2, and a thin film-shaped air electrode formed on the electrolyte 4, and a gas passage 6 to make one side 52 of the substrate communicate with the fuel electrode 2 is formed on the substrate 5. The manufacturing method of this fuel cell 1 has a process to form the fuel electrode 2 in the thin film shape on the other side 51 of the substrate 5, a process to form the thin film-shaped electrolyte 4 on the fuel electrode 2, a process to form the thin film-shaped air electrode 3 on the electrolyte 4, and a process to form the gas passage 6 making the one side 52 of the substrate communicate with the fuel electrode 2 on the substrate 5 on which the fuel electrode 2 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
