<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletproof jacket underwear to be worn under a bulletproof jacket, and having air permeability, stretchability and flame retardancy. <P>SOLUTION: This synthetic fabric bulletproof jacket underwear has a first fabric part and a second fabric part. The bulletproof jacket underwear covers the trunk upper area of a user's body which is not defended with a bulletproof jacket, and extends to a second body transition area to be covered with a bulletproof jacket. The first fabric part is made of a fabric which has low stretchability or no stretchability.
