<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable super-resolution processing of high speed and small memory capacity, while accurately measuring coordinates of a photographing position, an attitude or an object of a photographing device from a photographing image changing in time series. <P>SOLUTION: A series of photographing images photographed in time series are acquired, and a characteristic point is extracted from the photographing images. The characteristic point is tracked and associated with each other. An original image group being an image group for performing the super-resolution processing is selected from the series of associated photographing images. A main characteristic point as a characteristic point for performing the super-resolution processing, is extracted from the characteristic point associated in the original image group. A partial image is set in a small area around the main characteristic point, and a partial super-resolution image is formed by performing the super-resolution processing on the partial image. A stereo image is selected from a photographing image group of forming the partial super-resolution image, and standardization and three-dimensional measurement are performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
