<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-molecular immunopotentiator usable as an immunotherapeutic agent more effective for proliferative disease, infectious disease, autoimmune disease, allergy and/or asthma, and having little side effects. <P>SOLUTION: The novel composition comprising an imidazoquinoline compound is provided. Also provided is a method of administering the composition in an effective amount to enhance the immune response of a subject. Further provided are the novel composition and the method of administering the novel composition in combination with (an)other agent(s).
