PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of preventing a gain from being varied by a variation or the like in a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 100 comprises: a load unit 1 which converts a supplied current into a differential output voltage; a transconductance circuit 2 which converts a differential input voltage into a current and supplies it to the load unit 1; a voltage control current source unit 3 which supplies a current to the load unit 1 based on a control voltage; and an output voltage control circuit 4 which supplies the control voltage to the voltage control current source unit 3 based on the differential output voltage converted by the load unit 1.
