PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent only remote photographing that is high in a probability of surreptitious photographing by distinguishing ordinary remote photographing from the remote photographing that is high in a probability of surreptitious photographing, when performing the remote photographing while wirelessly communicating with a digital camera. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises an operation sensor and a vibration sensor and when operation and vibration cannot be sensed for a fixed time, control is performed to weaken radio waves. By directly touching the imaging apparatus, the radio waves become stronger again. Once the radio waves are temporarily weakened, communication is difficult unless touching the imaging apparatus or getting close to the imaging apparatus. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
