A frequency offset application means 14_1 to 14_M applies frequency offset to a plurality of symbol sequences so that a difference of all the frequency offsets to be applied to the plurality of symbol sequences resulting from branching the converted symbol sequence becomes an integer multiple, other than 0, of a predetermined frequencyΔf.
