PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further accurate inverse proportion circuit in which influence by an external circuit connected therewith is reduced. SOLUTION: This circuit comprises a transistor Q3 contributing to output of current in addition to transistors Q1 and Q2 contributing to inverse proportional operation. According to this, the collector-emitter voltage of the transistors Q1 and Q2 is made constant regardless of the state of the external circuit.
