PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of attracting a player's interest. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine is provided with a first performance symbol variably displaying along with a special symbol and a second performance symbol larger than the first performance symbol. The game machine is also provided with a 15-round jackpot and a 2-round jackpot. In the 15-round jackpot, the first and second performance symbols are stationarily displayed synchronized with the stationary display of the special symbol. In the 2-round jackpot, the first performance symbol alone is stationarily displayed synchronized with the stationary display of the special symbol and the second performance symbol is stationarily displayed synchronized with the finish of the jackpot. In the 2-round jackpot, the second performance symbol larger than the first performance symbol is variably displayed to attract the player's attention and prevent him/her from noticing the production of the 2-round jackpot.
