PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the problem that rubbing between a first lens sheet and a second lens sheet produces a white powder by vibration in an optical sheet constituted by superposing the first lens sheet which has a row of prisms on one surface and the other surface of which is flat and a second lens sheet which has a row of lenses at least on one surface. SOLUTION: The first lens sheet (a total reflection type Fresnel lens sheet 2) and the second lens sheet (a lenticular lens sheet 3) are superposed so that a flat surface 2a of the first lens sheet and a lens row forming surface (a lenticular lens surface 3a) may be arranged to face each other to form the optical sheet 1A. In the optical sheet 1A, minute ruggedness having surface roughness Ra (Japanese Industrial Standards B 0,601 2,001) of 0.2μm to 10μm is formed on at least one of facing surfaces.
