PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable nonwoven fabric which has a higher modulus and a better stretch hysteresis than those of conventional stretchable nonwoven fabrics. SOLUTION: This stretchable nonwoven fabric 10 has an elastic fiber layer 1 and non-elastic fiber layers 2, 3 disposed on at least one side of the elastic fiber layer 1. Each of elastic fibers contained in the elastic fiber layer 1 comprises a polymer block A consisting mainly of 10 to 50 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block B consisting mainly of repeating units represented by the following formula (1). The block copolymer has a dynamic viscoelasticity storage elastic modulus G' of 1×10<SP>4</SP>to 8×10<SP>6</SP>Pa measured at a frequency of 2 Hz at 20°C, and a dynamic viscoelasticity dynamic loss tangent tanδvalue of≤0.2 measured at the same temperature and at the same frequency.
