PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dysphagia rehabilitation and training device allowing a care-giver, a therapist or a person with the dysphagia to easily and safely train the swallowing. SOLUTION: This dysphagia rehabilitation and training device is provided with a grip part 10 being gripped by a user, and a tooth-row-shaped occlusion object part 30 continued to the tip side of the grip part 10 and being insertable in the oral cavity, so that, when the occlusion object part is occluded by the whole of the upper/lower tooth rows, the upper/lower gum parts are stimulated to promote the secretion of saliva and easily and safety train the swallowing.
