PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid or reduce such a situation that a movable matter cannot be moved to a position set on shipment or the like of a game machine, due to secular change etc. SOLUTION: In initialization control processing of the movable matter in an initial control procedure which is carried out when power is supplied to the game machine or the game machine is restarted but not carried out after the supply of power and restarting, a drive quantity of a driving source which is required for moving the movable matter actually between a first and second positions is detected. Then, a value not smaller than the detected driving quantity is set to be an abnormal driving quantity in the case of moving the movable matter 141 to the first position or the second position in game processing after the initialization control procedure, and the movable matter is moved until the driving quantity reaches the abnormal driving quantity.
