FUEL CARTRIDGE

A fuel cartridge that at storage, is free from loss of liquid fuel, and that even when violent vibration acts on the fuel cartridge, avoids any follower deformation or detachment, realizing direct stable supply of the liquid fuel to a main body of fuel cell, and that especially, even when the internal volume of liquid fuel is expanded with the diameter of the cartridge increased, realizes direct stable supply of the liquid fuel to the main body of fuel cell, being suitable for compact fuel cells. The fuel cartridge is a fuel cartridge connectable to a main body of fuel cell, comprising fuel stock container (10) for stocking of liquid fuel; fuel outflow part (11); and, disposed at the posterior end portion of liquid fuel, follower (20) not only sealing the liquid fuel but also moving in accordance with the consumption of liquid fuel, wherein the follower (20) is equipped with follow auxiliary member (21) having no fluidity and being insoluble in the liquid fuel and with lid member (22) having no fluidity and being insoluble in the liquid fuel.
