A de-burring apparatus is provided to perform a de-burring operation smoothly without damaging the shear beam or the operation part by comprising an operation part for rotating a cutting tip-attached shear beam reasonably. A de-burring apparatus for removing burr generated when cutting a slab comprises: a shear beam having cutting tips; and an operation part(20) that integrally extends from the shear beam to rotate the shear beam by pressure of a fluid. The operation part includes: a cylinder(21); an impeller(23) installed to be rotated by a fluid supplied into the cylinder; a rotary shaft(25) that extends from the impeller to the shear beam; and fluid supply parts(27a,27b) for supplying the fluid into the cylinder. The impeller has a shape that is symmetrical around the rotary shaft, and is rotated in a state that the impeller is closely adhered onto an inner periphery of the cylinder.
