<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively detect the unauthorized use of public transport using an IC card, and to reduce a cost load at the public transport side. <P>SOLUTION: This traffic information management device is provided with a registration part for registering the use stop of an IC card in which user information is recorded; a storage part for storing unavailable information showing the use stop of the IC card; a transaction information storage part for storing transaction information generated by the terminal equipment of public transport in using the terminal equipment by using the IC card; a selection part for determining the number of unavailable pieces of information to be transmitted to the terminal equipment, and for selecting the unavailable information to be transmitted; a transmission part for transmitting the selected unavailable information; and an update part for, when the transaction information of the IC card in which the unavailable information has been already registered exists in the transaction information stored in the transaction information storage part, updating the transmission priority order of the unavailable information so that the unavailable information of the IC card can be transmitted to the terminal equipment, wherein the selection part selects the unavailable information of the number equivalent to the determined number of transmission based on the updated transmission priority order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
