<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery system and a lottery method, capable of easily providing a lottery service without remodeling of a device on a broadcasting agent side while reducing the labor hour of the broadcasting agent. <P>SOLUTION: This lottery system for receiving registration information of users from user terminals and determining a specified user from the users of the received registration information comprises a detection part for detecting announcement information displayed within an image displayed on a display device, a start determination part for starting, upon detection of the announcement information by the detection part, receiving of registration information; and a lottery part for determining, based on the received registration information, the specified user from the users of the registration information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
