PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system that is suited to deliver information matching each individual user's preferences to a terminal device.

SOLUTION: The terminal comprises a context information retention means for collecting and retaining a user's context information, and a vector data generation means for generating vector data in a predetermined format corresponding to the context information according to the retained context information. The vector data generated by the vector data generation means is sent to a server. The server comprises a provision information generation means for generating information to be provided for the user according to the received vector data. The provision information generated by the provision information generation means is sent to the terminal.
